Dragon3D – BUSINESS COMMUNICATION COVID-19

Following the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in Vietnam, Dragon3D would like to let customers know that we are constantly monitoring the situation and implementing operating procedures to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers in order to help contain the spread of the virus.

Customer Site Measurement –

We are currently still attending customer sites to deliver scanning services. We are also liaising with our customers to ensure all the appropriate steps have been taken. We will ask our customers to follow our guidelines and equally we will adhere to any customer requirements.

In-house Measurement –

We are continuing to undertake In-house measurement. We have implemented procedures at our offices to reduce the risk to our staff and customers including the introduction of  a quarantine period for any goods received and with immediate effect we request that any visitors contact us prior to arriving (a minimum of 48 hours) with the view to completing a Visitor Form.
